Opened November 1986, The Peabody Orlando is only the second hotel to bear the illustrious Peabody name. The original is the famous, vintage 1925 Peabody Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee, and like its sister property in Central Florida, it too is home to the legendary Peabody Ducks.

Each day without fail, this “Famous Five”, under the leadership of “J.J.” Mallard and his four North American Mallard hens, are led by Duck Master, Eric Anderson, in the world-famous March of The Peabody Orlando Ducks, 11:00 a.m. into the Atrium Lobby Fountain, and again at 5:00 p.m. back up to the Royal Peabody Duck Palace.
