Signature Dishes

'My favorite dish that Capriccio Grill offers as a signature feature is most certainly the Pappardelle Pescatore.  It has a simple white wine and lemon butter broth that compliments the array of seafood found in this dish.  The pescatore has fresh prawns, calamari, clams, mussels and jumbo lump crab meat - all delivered daily from Cape Canaveral, FL - and finished off with fresh vegetables and herbs.  For any seafood lover, this is the perfect dish!' - Chef Isaac Pacheco
