EXPANSION/CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF DUX
JANUARY 1, 2009 – JANUARY 1, 2010

The $450-million expansion of The Peabody Orlando is fully underway and is on schedule for completion in November, 2010.
The scope of the project during 2009 will create a loss of meeting space in the hotel due to the display of the model guestrooms for the new 32-story Peabody Tower. To compensate for this loss, the hotel’s signature restaurant, Dux, will temporarily close during 2009.
Beginning January 1, 2009, Dux will be utilized as meeting space for the hotel’s Catering/Banquets department, a private dining room, or additional seating for Capriccio Grill Italian Steakhouse.
Dux will re-open January 1, 2010 with a totally new concept, menu and décor.

B-Line Express, provides delicious coffee, pastries, and sandwiches to those on-the-go.

The 24-hour B-Line Diner,
serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This lively restaurant is decorated in a fifties
mode, complete with jukebox. The food is just like Mom used to make and has been featured frequently on the Food
Network TV as one of the best restaurants of its type in the nation.

Capriccio Grill, an Italian Steakhouse,
specializes in prime US steaks and chops from Ruprecht's of Chicago.
Fresh lobster and seafood are delivered daily, and the menu is rounded off with aromatic pasta dishes from La
Bella Italia.

Dux, at The Peabody
Orlando is regarded as the very best by guests and the local community. Menus change
weekly, and are carefully designed by our chef de cuisine. Dux is open Tuesday through
Saturday for dinner.

Peabody Wine Cellar, straddles both Dux and Capriccio® Grill. This
state-of-the-art wine cellar keeps a wide selection of wines in a temperature and humidity
controlled environment, ensuring optimum quality when bottles are uncorked for consumption.

Holiday Champagne Brunch at Capriccio Grill
To celebrate America’s traditional holidays throughout the year, an extraordinary, award-winning
buffet of Peabody culinary delights is featured in the Champagne Brunch offered at Capriccio
Grill for Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, from 11am – 4pm. There are fresh
fruits and juices, salads, fresh veggies, pastas, fish, seafood and shellfish, smoked salmon,
saddles of lamb, beef, ham and turkey with traditional sides, custom-prepared omelettes, and
