The Art of The Peabody Orlando
While it is broadly acknowledged that The Peabody Orlando has mastered the art of hospitality,
the hotel also pays tribute in a realistic way to the visual arts.
Providing visual art that is beautiful, thoughtful and sometimes whimsical, is part of the
enrichment of The Peabody experience.
The art collection at The Peabody Orlando highlights the work of contemporary American artists
and is complemented by antiques and artifacts from around the world.
Guests are invited to enjoy the natural, living art of our collection of exotic orchids, as
well as the delightful, daily water ballet performed by The Peabody Ducks in their marble
fountain in the Atrium Lobby Fountain.

Orlando/Peabody Alliance for the Arts & Culture (OPAAC)
In 1996, The Peabody Orlando spearheaded the foundation of the first cultural chamber of its
type in the United States. OPAAC aims to help elevate Orlando as a cultural destination and
to bring attention to the area's outstanding performing and visual arts, history and heritage.
In the interim, OPAAC has won many major industry awards in the categories of community
service.
