Q. What is a Peabody Gift Card?
A. The Gift Card is like a debit card and can be used for purchases at any of the following Peabody Hotels: Peabody Memphis, Peabody Orlando or Peabody Little Rock. Total charges for the purchase are reduced by the amount available on the Gift Card. No change can be returned on the card. The Gift Card can be loaded with additional value at any time up to a maximum value of $500 at the hotel locations.

Q. Where can a Gift card be purchased?
A. Gift cards can be purchased at any Peabody Hotel listed above or by calling 1-800-732-2639. Cards purchased from the toll free number will be express mailed for $10 or mailed via regular first class mail for no charge.

Q. What values can be purchased on a Gift Card?
A. Gift cards can be purchased for a $25.00 minimum value up to a maximum value of $500.00 in increments of $5.00.

Q. Where can a Gift Card be used?
A. Gift Cards can be enjoyed at any Peabody Hotel. In addition to room charges, the Gift Card can be used to pay for most Peabody services in the participating hotels.

Q. Who can use a Gift Card?
A. Anyone. Gift Card holders do not have to be registered guests at a Peabody Hotel to enjoy the privileges of the Peabody Gift Card.

Q. Can a Gift Card be used if not a registered hotel guest?
A. Yes, recipients can use a Gift Card if not a registered guest. Card holders may use the Gift Card at any Peabody Hotel for services at participating properties mentioned above.

Q. Are Gift Cards transferable?
A. Yes. Customers can purchase Gift Cards to give to friends and relatives or keep for themselves. Gift Cards cannot be used as cash and have no cash value after purchase.

Q. How do you keep track of the Gift Card value?
A. It is the cardholder's responsibility to keep track of the value of their Gift Card. A toll-free phone number 800-529-6578 can also provide you with an account balance. If a purchase is greater than the amount available on the card, it can be paid for with cash or credit card. No change can be returned on the card.

Q. How can a Gift Card user reserve rooms?
A. No special booking procedures apply when making a reservation. The Gift Card cannot be used to guarantee a room reservation, but it can be used to supplement payment at the time of check-out.

Q. Can Gift Cards be used with credit cards and cash?
A. Yes. If a purchase cost is greater than the amount available on the Gift Card, the difference can be paid for with cash or credit card.

Q. Will my gift recipients know how much I paid for their Gift Card?
A. Yes, a card may be included with the Gift Card indicating the card value.

Q. How long do gift recipients have to use their Gift Card?
A. This card becomes inactive upon the complete use of the value purchased on the Gift Card. There are no fees or expiration dates associated with the Gift Card.

Q. What if a Gift Card is lost or stolen?
A. Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
