These expanded Pre-Convention Printing services afford meeting planners and their clients, huge savings on shipping costs, and peace of mind that their essential meetings and business documentation and materials will be ready and on-property when they arrive.

In addition to the creation of remote shipping stations for large convention groups, the Executive Business Center provides FedEx, UPS, handles/processes packages and makes deliveries of packages and faxes to guestrooms.

Cellular telephones, shredder rentals, shipping and handling, plus a Xerox DC12 color copier, and much, much more are part of the Executive Business Center's offerings.

Dedicated technicians are available 24-hours a day; equipment rentals from Xerox range from 10 to 100 copies per minute, and by request can be state-of-the-art, digital, as well as network connected.
