The only complaint is that you have set an unreachable benchmark for other hotels at which we are likely to stay in the future. "It´s nice, but it´s not the Peabody Orlando." With the 24-hour business center, I was able to accomplish a lot of "off-time" business in and around my meetings, which was helpful. Upon arrival, we were greeted with anniversary wishes by the front desk clerk, and when we got to our room after a long day of sightseeing, we found a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries in our room, with a marvelous note from one of the managers of your front desk. I expected great things from your hotel, but never in a million years did I expect everyone we encountered to commemorate this special occasion. The servers in the restaurant knew, the concierge knew, it was unbelievable. You have new loyal customers for life. Thank you for making our 25th the momentous occasion that it was.

In your hotel, however, and quite refreshingly, I felt like I was the only guest in the building.
