'I was inspired to make a famous California dish with a Floridian twist by using our local seafood and produce for the composition of the final product. This dish blends flavors and spices and includes Florida Rock shrimp, Gulf grouper, Cape Canaveral calamari, Waterkist Farms tomatoes, Healthy Living Farms fennel and leeks.
